Yoga Flow Classes with me in Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield

“We will flow together in sequence connecting mind, body and breath, releasing tension and increasing your energy. Work at your own pace and trust your body to find balance, strength and flexibility.”

— Olivia Reardon (yogaveta)

Why Yoga?

Yoga is so much more than ‘just a stretch’.

This wonderful ancient practice:

  • Preserves integrity of muscles and joints

  • Improves posture and strengthens abdominals

  • Improves coordination

  • Reduces tiredness due to increased circulation

  • Supports balance and movement with conscious, effective breathing

  • Increases sense of relaxation and wellbeing due to lengthened exhales activating your parasympathetic nervous system

Note: benefits are experienced with consistent practice.

Why Olivia?

With a martial arts background, Olivia learned to strengthen her body, use breath for movement and focus energy, all transferable to yoga. Olivia has applied this awareness, discipline and focus to her life and to her yoga practise.

Olivia started her yoga journey at the gym in 2015 and became hooked on yoga, pilates and body balance classes. The ancient yogic philosophies felt familiar to her martial arts history and Olivia chose to pursue yoga, more specifically the Ashtanga practice. Over the years, Olivia has attended many retreats, workshops and tried many styles of yoga. Olivia was encouraged to do the teacher training many times and like many of us always found a reason not to, she finally did so and as a result, found her reason why.

She cannot wait to welcome you.

Olivia is also a registered healthcare professional, understanding the holistic nature of the body and the benefits of positive, meaningful interactions with people.

Olivia is insured, has an enhanced DBS and is First Aid trained.
